My room felt stark with blank walls and a strong cleaning product odor that was overpowering. The pillows were uncomfortable, and nighttime noises from the hall and other rooms echoed through the thin walls, making it hard to get quality sleep. Additionally, there was a lack of basic coffee supplies, which is a petty yet disappointing oversight in a hotel of this caliber.

the hilton garden inn was great! the location is perfect, just a crosswalk away from pheasant run. the lobby was really clean and welcoming. i loved the comfortable bed in my king room, and the hot tub was a nice touch too. plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better!
